BSoD x03b after windows update

Got a windows update, computer immediately crashed. I did a system restore to a time before the update, and I thought everything was peachy keen until I got a BSoD 3b even with the system restore. The minidump file is below. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've got BSoD before and think my drivers are updated, but I'm at a loss. Please help!
