BSOD xfinity streaming, 0x0000003b

Problem Description: BSOD with error code 0x0000003b occurs while streaming videos on xfinity. There is no set time when it occurs, it seems to be at random points in any video. This seems to be exclusive to the xfinity player as i stream other videos from sites such as Youtube and other media streaming sites. This problem began after i did a fresh windows 7 installation for no particular reason, i have never had an issue with this in all my time since i built this computer.

Attempted Solutions: Re-Installation of latest AMD video drivers (Latest were the first installed on Windows 7 install). Installation of latest AMD beta drivers.

Notes: I know for a fact it is not hardware related because as i mentioned before the computer worked perfectly fine up until i re-installed Windows 7 64bit. None of the hardware was re-seated on the MOBO during the process. The only thing i can point out as actually changing would be the drivers from old to newer versions. I have no form of overclock implemented on any of my hardware.
