age of system hardware-less than 6 months
age of os-less than two months(reinstalled in aug 2010)

every 3-4 hrs bsod and everything in windows crashes(media players,desktop manager,explorer etc)

First of all, please perform system file check:

Please remove Avast:
avast! Uninstall Utility
Replace by MSE:
http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

After doing those, if BSODs keep coming, we will perform next steps.

Did as you told.now the bsod's are not so frequent but yesterday my explorer was not working properly.the color scheme was getting changed,even in safe mode if i open any web browser then i was not able to go back to desktop

You said that the BSODs are less frequent, so does that mean you still having BSODs? If so, pleae upload new dmp if you have please.
What was the result from system file check? If it report fixed some error, keep doing that few more times and let us know the result of the scan (just the result, I don't need the log).

i haven't had any bsod for the last 2 and half days.the scan didnt show any errors now.the first time i tried one was fixed.here are the reports attatched.

So strange, there are no minidump file in the one you just uploaded

Go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy all of the dmp files to the desktop. Select all>right-click on one>Send to>New Compressed folder. Then attach the zip file to your next post by use of the paperclip icon in the advanced editor.

i didnt find any files in the minidump folder.
are my problems finally over?

Well, if you no longer suffer from any BSODs, then yes. Did you manually delete the minidump file in that folder or you see it automatically dissapeared. Make sure you don't use any program like CCleaner that automatically clean out that folder

i used ccleaner like 2 and half days back.that was when i stopped having bsods
