More than half of these were caused by usbvideo.sys which is a webcam driver (or other usb driver) the rest by your broadcom wifi driver. I suspect this is a dell.

I would re-install your wifi driver

run a system file check to verify and repair yur system files including the usbvideo.sys

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

read here for more information http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Let us know the results from the report at the end.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff8800658701a, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff88003370998, Exception Record Address
Arg4: fffff88003370200, Context Record Address

if i were to uninstall my webcam driver wouldn't it affect my skype video calls?

i reinstalled my wifi drivers and the problem persists. :(
so i'm guessing that it's the webcam driver. i use the "Dell Webcam Central"
so do i get the driver fr THAT software or get the driver for the webcam itself?
