Excellent news, Tom!! Good work on your part. You are very welcome for the help.I am glad your printer is compatible. Post back in a couple of days and update us on how your system is doing. If you are still free from BSOD's, we will ask the mods to mark this thread as solved. :D

Well, I had no BSOD's for 7 hours now.
On the Microsoft site there was mentioned that my printer, a Samsung ML-2010R was compatible with Windows 7. I removed the dgivecp thing in the folder System32\drivers and also the ssport. I removed also the dgivecp in the registry.
My printer is still working (!) and I had no more BSOD's. Also, in eventviewer there were no errors anymore! So I am a happy man now

dont zorgen over Nederlandse. Als u behoefte post een lijn in het Nederlands en volgen zij met het Engels. Indien nodig kan ik niet anders zijn.
