BSOD

Hi,
I have installed windows 7 pro x64 on my new computer, but then every 10-15 minutes (sometimes longer) it crashes with BSOD and reboots in 2 sec., so its impossible to read the bsod text.
PC specs:
core i7 950
geforce 460gtx
msi big bang xpower motherboard
corsair xms3 6Gb ram
128Gb SSD

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Start your own thread in the appropriate section of the forum and attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

As zigzag3143 mentioned there were no dump files in the folder.

If the C:\Windows\Minidump folder he mentioned is empty and you have definitely got bluescreens then can you check the settings mentioned in this post to see if your system is set up correctly to collect dump files when it Blue Screens.

The only trace of the crashes that I could find -

The fact that the system crashed so fast that no crash info at all was recorded tells me that this is probably a hardware fault.

Are you overclocking at all?

What PSU are you using?

Run this stress test and see what happens - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html (run the Blend test as well as the Small FFT test)
