Hey guys.
I use Windows 7 Professional full retail 64Bit. I bought the notebook about a month ago und did an OS-Installation at the same date.
Yeah the problem is, that i get a bsod about 3 times a day.
i deleted most of the dumpfiles yesterday, because i wanted to try something, but i got today all bluescreen-types again, so i think you can get most of the informations.
I did some tests with the verifier and the os always crashed with a refer to rtkvhd64.sys. That's the sound driver, which i updated just a few days ago. So i switched back to a former version. The system didn't crash with the verifier-test, but the origin bluescreen problem is just avaliable.
When i did a performance monitoring, i recognized, that a driver of an unknown device hasn't been installed but i can't imagine which driver this should be...
A quick-view of my system:
Lenovo y560
intel i7 q720
2GB Ram
Ati 5730
I hope you are able to do something for me.
I should add, that most of the bsods happen, if I'm watching a video, doesn't matter if it's streaming from the net or watching clips from the hard drive.
