Hi everyone.. keep getting this damn bsod problem every now and then. I have attached the files required to the post.
Here is my systems basic information:

Windows 7 64bit
Pre-installed with computer (Rebooted once as I got the black screen with the mouse cursor)

Processor: Intel Core i7
Ram: 16GB

Ok thanks, before I do that I just wanted to make sure about something. Biosoft is the name of my motherboard i think, its called 'Biostar TH55B-HD Motherboard'. Renaming it to BIOS64.old wont cause it to complete it crash will it? I have no knowladge about this stuff.

Find that Biostar software in "uninstall or change a program"
Then go to Biostar's website and get a newer version

It will only affect the software using it

I do not have have no Biostar software in Uninstall or change a program. But I do have BIOS64.sys under C:\Windows\System32\drivers.

The only thing thats by Biostar is the mainboard ''Biostar TH55B-HD Motherboard'

I also have updates coming when i shut down my computer, getting a little scared, as it was after an update I got a black screen with only a mouse curser and had to reboot windows.

This was caused by your AVG. Remove and replace with Microsoft Security essentials.
