My computer used to only get BSOD every once in a while, mostly when I was downloading movies to fast. but I have since up graded my OS to Professional and now the problem is different. My computer keeps shutting it self down, and its giving me a reboot to finish an update in 15 minute warning. below is a link to a picture of my computer basic hardware information. http://i.imgur.com/rUW1s.png Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.48 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 9f BCP1: 0000000000000003 BCP2: FFFFFA8002B65060 BCP3: FFFFF80000B9C518 BCP4: FFFFFA8003707500 OS Version: 6_1_7600 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 256_1 Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\012911-21590-01.dmp C:\Users\Jody\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-38345-0.sysdata.xml

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.
