Dell died at Christmas, had guy install windows 7, has never worked right, and now BSOD. Says disk error, at one point got
setupdd.sys

base at F73F2000
page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

I am not a tekkie, just want to know how to get it back to life enough to get my pictures off of it! Can anyone help with a step-by-step? Thanks.
