I would hazard a guess that you are over-clocking. Is that correct?
What triggers your BSOD?
Does it BSOD in Safe mode?

Please follow these steps in that order,

Well MvdB already asked you if ur overclocking,if yes STOP.

Uninstall Norton Internet Security with the removal tool Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support

Uninstall Riva Tuner,(if you had made any changes with Riva in the graphic card set everything back to default settings first).

Download and install Driver Sweeper http://phyxion.net/item/driver-sweeper.html

Uninstall graphic card software/driver,restart in safe mode,clean any graphic card software fragments using Driver Sweeper.

Reinstall graphic card software/driver

Update DirectX

Download,install MSE Virus, Spyware & Malware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials

Download,install,update,SCAN with SUPERAntiSpyware.com - Downloading File

Run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

Yes i OC but only from 3.2 to 3.8
Why would i uninstall NIS while is best antivirus and install microsoft one which is bad and lag pc

Please follow all the above steps and see if that helps your problem.
(Norton frequently causes bsod in win 7,mse is lightweight and i dont thing that mse lag pc)
