Hi and welcome.

In all three cases holdemanager was the active thread I would remove it to test.

Also please run a system file check to verify and repair the OS files.

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

Read here for more information http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Let us know the results from the report at the end.

Hi,
thank you for your help.
I had already performed a systems check through cmd.exe, it came up without any integrity breaches.
I will try reinstalling holdemmanager, as it is a vital program to me with thousands of users.
Ill report back should problems still arise.

Two different apparent causes for the crash with the re-installed holdem manager and with it removed, Neither blamed holdem.

Reinstalled

Blamed on your athrx.sys (atheros wifi driver--yours 2+ years old).

Without holdem blamed on you video driver.

I would update all of these oldish drivers. Do the atheros and video first but you really should do the others.

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

In most non hardware crashes a format and re-install will fix it, but if you add the same programs you probably will get the same results.

have you re-installed things like adobe reader, directx, or other non OS apps. In the dmps you uploaded holdem was indicated. If you upload the rest we will be happy to take a look at them.

Was holdemmanager also the cause on the most recent one? Because I dont think it was even running then.

The most recent crash was probably caused by your video driver. Holdem does not actively keep a driver resident ( i dont think)
