Can someone please tell me why my computer crashed from the dmp file I attached. I wasnt really even doing anything, moving files listening to music.......................................

The dump blames hardware, so you may want to start on some diagnostics. Run each of the three Prime95 tests: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html
