Well, lots of things, to be honest...

In another thread you're busy with monitors and your graphics. Your ATI driver has crashed. It is the most recent crash. One way to try to fix that is to remove all ATI graphics driver stuff. First "normaly" with remove programs and then finish it off by using:
When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver.

Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper

Next install only the drivers for your card, not Catalyst center.

One of your dumps points to a situation that is sometimes caused by a (possibly inconsistent) sleep mode setting in your Powerplan. Please check and if so, as a test disable all sleeping.

You have old Wacom tablet/mouse drivers on. Known problems in some versions here. Please check and see if you can update? Your current one is 2007.

You have also had many errors with Apples Bonjour services taking too much time and being cut-off because of that. The so-called busy for a second warning...
Again, as a test, de-install all Apple stuff, making sure your system is not running Bonjour services... Or, if you are comfortable with that, use msconfig to set it to not start Bonjour automatically.

Thanks for your post but I have been having troubles with my ATI card a lot, and I have already ran Diver Sweeper, uninstalled, all that and only installed the video driver (multiple times over the past year). I also thought I just updated Wacom, but I guess not - I'll go update that. I never use apple products anymore so I don't know what that is running, I'll disable that.

I guess I somehow missed that line when reading,
I disabled all automatic sleeping/hibernating in the power plan. Is there anything else I should do?

Check that not only in the advance settings of the Powerplan but also in the Energysetting tabs of relevant devices in your Device manager. (i.e. USB etc. Check all just to be sure you've got the ones that have a devicelevel energy setting)

Ok, did that.
I also have been wondering if maybe the card isn't getting enough power somehow or it is bad. The computer came with a 350W PSU and I upgraded to 750W PSU.
Also, perhaps the drivers were not all cleared correctly. I uninstalled everything through the installer, then booted in safe mode ran Driver Sweeper, rebooted, ran again, run CCleaner (just for the heck of it) then reboot once more, uninstall from device manager, reboot to regular Windows and finally install newest driver and open GL.
