I have had a lot of BSOD´s in the last 4 months. Did not really know what to do about it so did a fresh install of windows 7 a couple of day´s ago. But they are still here.

It happens random, not 1 specifick program that i use.

I attatched the files created by the SF Diagnostic Tool in de zip file.

I also looked up the event error log:
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

Can someone tell me what is causing the BSOD? I have no idea how to go about this.

If you need more information from my system or error logs please tell me how and i will post them.

Hi Nelsi.

Before doing anything else, uninstall AVG using AVG Remover. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Also free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
Let us know how it is running. Report us (as per the posting instructions) for any further BSOD after uninstalling AVG.

I removed AVG and am now using the programs that you recommended.

No new crash dump, unfortunately.
You have to wait for another one.

BTW, you can disable the Realtek Audio manager in startup, too.

Got a new crash to day. around 11:00. Have a new zip file attached. I disabled the Realtek Audio manager but it still crashes. I do find that it happens more when i watch video with VLC, youtube or other online video viewing websites.

A prime reason for a stop 0x3B is counterfeit OS installation.

Your motherboard is a retail ASRock, but the windows Product ID is for an ASUS OEM computer; which makes the windows installation counterfeit.

In this situation you should get a valid windows license and perform a clean reinstall using it.
