Hi,

Sorry this is my first post I know it totally makes you want to help someone who has helped others in the forum already. I just have a problem. Sometimes when I boot up my laptop I get to the login screen and suddenly it crashes and restarts. I had this problem before and I fixed it by doing a Full clean reinstall. Now heres the funny thing. Both times this problem only happened after I installed a program called Speedconnect Internet Accelerator. I'm not sure if this is the cause of the BSOD but it seems like a strange coincidence. I am using windows 7 ultimate x86. I will attach the dmp files so anyone who can help can give me a better analysis. I used nirsoft Blue Screen View to view them and it says its a problem with ntoskrnl.exe I saw this and started debating throwing my pc out a windows as I know there are multitudes of problems that can relate to ntoskrnl.exe Anyways I hope you guys can help me get a better analysis as I don't know much about how windows works. My keyboard and mouse are working so It isnt a problem related to those. I think it might have been that damn speedconnect as i have read messing with the network settings can cause problems.
