This is a Memory Management error which blames your ATI video drivers - as such this can be:
- driver related
- memory related
- video memory related
- hardware related

Please do the following:
- uninstall all ATI stuff from your system using Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
- download the latest version of the ATI display drivers for your video card and OS. Download the Display Driver only - NOT the Catalyst Control Center (the Display Driver only is located further down the page from the Catalyst Control Center in most cases).
- install the new display driver and monitor for further BSOD's.

Try this free memory test: Memory Diagnostics
Try this free video card stress test:
FurMark: Graphics Card Stability and Stress Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net
FurMark Setup:
- If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
- In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test
- Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
- Click "Quit" to exit
