Starting on May 4th, my PC began BDOS'ing. The error codes that BlueScreenView is telling me is 0x00000019 (Happened twice. First and Third BSOD), 0x0000003b (Second BSOD), and 0x00000024 (Fourth and most recent BSOD). These all happen at completely random times. I believe 3 maybe 4 out of the 4, I was on skype (not a video call). Also, if I'm reading BlueScreenView correctly, every BSOD has something to do with ntoskrnl.exe.

So far I've tried reinstalling my audio drivers (BlueScreenView says 0x19 is from Realtek Driver), reinstalling a clean install of my graphics driver from nvidia, running SFC Scan which came up with no errors, and running checkdisk on only my storage mostly used storage HDD. I've been looking all over the internet for answers but just can't seem to find any.

I attached the zip file that has the dmp files among other files that were grabbed by dm log collector.

Any help with my issue is greatly appreciated.

Hi Cragg.

Update your Realtek Audio Driver to Version 6.0.1.7023 from Motherboards - Z87-PRO

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
Also, test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Let us know the results.

I was already updated to Realtek's Audio Driver 6.0.1.7023 so I switched to the driver the other driver 6.0.1.6853 available on Asus' website to see if that fixed anything.

I haven't done the memory test yet so I'll get to that as soon as I can and I just freed up the Startup.
