BSOD's 4 times a day

Ive recently been getting alot of BSOD's
REFERENCE_BY_POINTER
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
and DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
I notice i dont normally get them while gaming, i normally BSOD after just closing a game or just web browsing.
The BSOD's started to get more common after i upgraded from a Phenom II x4, GTX 285 to a Phenom II x6 and GTX 470
I will attach dump files soon

EDIT:
Operating system is Not OEM
OS is a half year old
OS is not the original OS
CPU and GPU are a month old
All other components are a year old

Update this very old 2005 Driver.

RTCore64.sys Wed May 25 18:39:12 2005 - Uninstall RivaTuner/EVGA Precision - causing issues on Windows 7 Systems

Fimble i replaced that file with one that included the system monitor thing and the dump files it should work now

Do you know where i can find that driver?
also i made a new user account im using so that should eliminate any issues with unwanted extra programs
oh yea and last, is there any better option than uninstalling EVGA precision because it is the only program i have right now to regulate my GPU fan speed

Imuhim, welcome to the forum. Please turn Driver verifier off. Two of your verifier enabled dumps are blaming Windows system core files. Follow Dean's suggestion. He is spot on. In addition, update your Xbox controller driver:

Is there any good alternative to uninstalling EVGA precision because it is the only thing managing my GPU temp

I have heard the MSI Afterburner works pretty well with Win 7. I have not tried it myself.

I was about ready to reinstall OS but you guys saved me soooo much time thanks again
