Solved BSOD's almost every time I shut down my computer

I've attached the requested file.
I also have a file from Windows that may be of use, but it is an xml file. Probably it has the same info as the file you had me generate. I guess I can zip it and attach it if you want. Let me know. It is called: WER-44163-0.sysdata.xml

This problem has been happening for over a month:
-the BSOD only occurs when I choose to shut down the computer (START/Shut down)
-about 1 second after I click on "Shut down" the monitor image becomes distorted, goes black, then I see one of two things:
1. BSOD screen (i have no photo and have not written down any of the info)
2. Monitors go black (i have triple screens) but computer does not turn off (i have to hold the power button on the front for a few seconds to turn off the computer)

I have gone in and installed any Windows Updates that I thought were relevant.
I have used CCleaner to clean my registry a few times.
I have reinstalled Chrome and Silverlight...as I suspected they were related.
I do not turn on System Restore and have no restore point.
My last clean install of the OS was July 2014.
I uninstalled some programs that were installed around the time this began, (TeamSpeak3-Client-win64-3.0.16 installed late January, OBS_0_64b_Installer installed mid-Feb) but looking at system events I believe it started inbetween these two installs. I have no idea what might have been installed that could have caused it.
I have run Malwarebytes more than once. No problems found.

I have had a couple of other crashes while watching a movie online. That's why I reinstalled Chrome and Silverlight as stated above. (Criterion Collection database via my university employer) Only 3 or 4 crashes out of 100 movies, so I don't think there is a connection.
I am typically watching a movie using this system, a YouTube video, or streaming news...prior to shutdown.
The BSOD will happen whether i'm in triple screen or single monitor mode.
I have not installed any new hardware or hardware drivers since the reinstall of the OS in July 2014.

Thank you very much for your help. :)

There seems to be an issue with the AMD Sata AHCI controller driver. Check for updates here:

I have not installed any new hardware or hardware drivers since the reinstall of the OS in July 2014.
You should check for and install updated drivers for your devices.

Stop using CCleaner until the BSOD has been solved.

Thanks for your help.
The reason I am using old gpu drivers is because every time I installed the new ones my game frame rate went from 80fps to 30fps. They were unusable.

However, I have downloaded the latest and will try them and see if I have the same fps problem.

Every time i've reinstalled the os I have checked for the most current drivers for my motherboard.
There should be no changes there.

OK. Once device drivers are up-to-date, run Driver Verifier.

Please do the following:

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Driver Verifier will cause your computer to run very sluggishly - this is normal. What it is trying to do is force your system to BSOD and isolate the offending driver/s. When it does, reboot, disable driver verifier, reboot as normal and upload the new dmp file/s here.

I recommend creating a system restore point before turning on driver verifier:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/697-system-restore-point-create.html

If your system fails to boot to desktop once driver verifier is enabled, turn it off by booting into Safe Mode:

Thanks so much Golden.
I've not had any BSOD's since updating my GPU driver to the latest one for it.
After installing it and seeing that there were no adverse effects to my fps...I decided to not do anything else but this. I wanted to wait and see if it was enough. And it was. Thanks again.
