Hello.

I keep getting chrashes that either a) causes the screen to make the screen picture reset itself with the error message like "Display driver AMD driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered". B) causes my screen to go crazy with pixels and colours before chrashing into BSOD.

Have tried many fixes found on different forums without much luck.

The chrashing seems to occur totally randomly. Sometimes the computer works fine for days, before it suddenly chrashes.

Could it be a hardware-issue?

This crash is a Stop 0x1116 VIDEO_TDR_ERROR and can be caused by several issues, such as Video driver, overheating, bad video card, ?BIOS, ?Power to card. It's not a true crash, in the sense that the bluescreen was initiated only because the combination of video driver and video hardware was being unresponsive, and not because of any synchronous processing exception.

Download and run Driver Sweeper to completely remove all traces of your current video driver installation, then download the latest version for your card from your manufacturers website ...
