Forgot to add the file to the post xD, Done now

Done

Try running memtest86 to check your ram, details here
Memory Diagnostics

Ill do this overnight or in the evening

Run a check on system files/integrity
Start>cmd.exe>right click run as admin>type sfc /scannow
then post back

Done and reported this
"Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

Thank you so far you've allready helped me xD

Allright i did a memtest (3 passes)

First with 2 and errors started popping up, so i removed 1 of the 2 and did 3 passes without error changed slot same again 3 passes without error. now i swiched them so 2 was in and 1 was out. And the errors came in a trainload so. It seems only 1 memory module is broken and my mobo is still ok xD

Thanks for the help
