Asrock Z68 extreme 4 : BSOD A clock interrupt was not received ---
Is the thread I am referring to. Everyone in this thread is having the same problem as me. Doesn't look like anyone got a definite solution. Some use the 2600k which I am, and some the 2500k. They all have the onDie GPU though.
I am going to sleep now. I hope everyone had a happy new year. Cheers.

Ok, taking a hint from that other forum. I ran Prime95 for a while and took a picture of Core Temp when the numbers equalized (stopped going up or started going down.)

With the reputation of the Z68 boards running hot, I would get a couple of good case fans and an after market CPU cooler.
Your CPU core temps are a little hot. Intel® Core™ i7-2600K Processor
Tcase (CPU case) recommended max temp is 72.6°C, add 5°C for CPU core temps, Intel recommended max core temp is 77.6°C.
You can get a good CPU cooler for $20-50. Top 5 Heat Sinks

I get that it's warm, but it's not so warm as to cause the problems I am having. I have 3 case fans. Two in the back and one in the front. I had an aftermarket HSF, but it didn't fit with the motherboard, so I had go stock at the last minute.
