Hello !! Welcome to SF !!

Seems like an issues with Memory. I would recommend to run Hardware Diagnostic Follow this link for instructions. Hardware Diagnostic !! « Captain Debugger

Start | CMD | Right Click and Run as administrator | SFC /SCANNOW

Update the Following Drivers

Code:
nvm62x64.sys Sat Oct 18 02:31:06 2008
ISODrv64.sys Sat Nov 03 08:51:18 2007
ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 08:00:36 2005

Regarding the ASACPI.sys go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and rename ASACPI.sys to ASACPI.old.

For nVidia check this Driver NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.25 WHQL

ISODrv64.sys is ISODrive - EZB Systems go to thier website and download the appropriate driver.

Hope this helps,
Captain

GO ahead and run Memtest on all sticks at the same time.

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

If the slot is faulty, the only thing you can do is replace the motherboard. If the stick is bad, you will need to buy new RAM.
