System: Fresh Windows 7 x64 Installation (in Dualboot with Win10)

I have a few missing drivers (notably Ethernet driver (Realtek FE family, can't install the driver because INF file does not support installation and when pointing Windows Driver installation wizard to the location where the driver is it tells me that no driver could be found)) and I have installed a few drivers I needed either from telling the Driver wizard to look for drivers in my dualboot of Windows 10 (D:\System32\Drivers / DRVSTORE / Driver Store) and that allowed me to install Intel HD Graphics, and I also installed the Atheros Wifi Driver.
Apart from the lack of features that are available in my Windows 10 installation (that I'll be able to fix by finding out what driver I am lacking, such as a driver for my touchpad (which works but using two fingers does not allow me to scroll, etc)) I am also experiencing BSODs (so far only in Sleep mode (after closing the lid)), which BlueScreenView tells me are DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILUREs (I will attach zip file with the dmps) and points to ntoskrnl.exe as address in stack. As far as I am concerned, it is a driver error.
The BSODs only happened twice so far, each time with the computer in Sleep mode.
After waking the computer, the mouse connected through the USB port (which normally functions perfectly without any special driver, it's just a generic USB mouse) does not work anymore, although power is still supplied to it (as it lights up).
After waking up the entire system becomes unresponsive, the CPU usage increases (although I only saw this once) to 100% (although all processes report to use about 5% of the CPU at max) which stays like that until a reboot.
In device manager, the following devices appear to be not installed properly (have a yellow triangle):
Ethernet Controller
Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller
Apart from these BSODs and extremely slow down performance causing the need to reboot every single time, the computer works great

Unfortunately, 1 dump doesn't load properly, likely due to corruption.

Please uninstall Avast and test your system.

Oh, alright :D
The crashes are quite random, and only happen when the computer is in Sleep mode, should I just turn the computer to sleep and wait for some time hoping it crashes?
Also, after waking the computer is really laggy (CPU at 100%, mouse not working, etc), will making a log with DM Log Collector help to find out if anything happened / stopped working after waking up? If so, I will make a log and upload

>>>>> I wrote the above, went to sleep mode, woke up from it (it was extremely slow, Windows log in sound took a few minutes to play (delay), Windows Explorer completely lagged out, and while writing I got a bsod, gonna attach it here
Was trying to make a log after sleep mode but unfortunately I got a BSOD before it finished (it was much slower than usual, only got to second stage), so I can't upload that one
After waking up my mouse didn't work as usually from sleep mode, and Fn+F2 & Fn+F3 to change the screen brightness

Attached file is third BSOD without avast

Quite odd, the dump is corrupted.
This could mean hardware problems, but I am not saying that until I am sure.

Please remove every USB device connected to your laptop, although the information cannot be trusted there is some activity of a USB driver.

Alright, I'll do it tomorrow.
I have to add that none of this happens on my Windows 10 installation, no BSODs, no mouse malfunctioning.

I can add, with dual boot there are quite strange things to face you normally won't experience without dual booting.

Alright, without any USB devices plugged in (the only device that was plugged in was a generic usb mouse) there was still a BSOD with the same error, and I forgot to make a DM Log, but I noticed something unusual.
In Device Manager, before putting the computer to sleep, my screen was classified as Intel HD Graphics bla bla bla, but after going to sleep and waking the computer, it became reclassified as Generic PnP Monitor.
So, after waking up my monitor driver becomes reverted, and usb mouse stops working.
I also have a touchpad which was registered as PS/2 compliant mouse, I installed a Synaptics driver for it and maybe that will help.
I will also try to reinstall the Intel HD driver.
Btw, after waking the computer, the CPU usage becomes very high, and I took some screenshots in resource monitor which claim that system uses at least 50% cpu (when on my Windows 10 installation it is 2% at max, same was at Windows 8) and that trusted installer or something uses quite a lot of cpu (see attachments)

About the PnP monitor thing:
Turns out it is always labelled as PnP, it's just that normally it just uses C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\monitor.sys, whereas after waking up, apparently no driver is installed for it? O.o
The mouse that becomes disconnected after waking up is called HID-compliant mouse, and uses mouclass.sys and mouhid.sys.
The mouse gets also listed as USB Input Device under Human Interface Devices.
The Synaptics driver for touchpad works perfectly, however.
I also updated my sound driver from High Definition Audio Device to Realtek High Definition Audio.

svchost.exe uses at least 50% CPU when idle (before sleeping or waking up) and 1,156,304K memory
I'll see what uses so much CPU after waking
