Solved BSODs not producing dumps

Hello, I've been getting a couple BSODs a week for the last few weeks without any dump files.
I've followed the guide here http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html and am still able to find any dump files on my system.

Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dont run any disc cleanup program before you upload one more zip.

Ok so I think I got another BSOD...without an actual "blue screen"? My computer crashed at the same time as has happened before (when I close out of a fullscreen game) and went through the buzzing sound and reboot just like all the other BSODs I've had in the past, but this one just blanked out the monitor to black rather than showing any kind of error.

I checked again and still no dump file was produced :/

Some hardware tests to run.

Graphics card test:
Video Card Stress Test with Furmark ​

Hard drive(s)test(s):

Pick one for your HDD brand or use Seatools.
7 Free Hard Drive Testing Software Tools​

RAM (memory) test:

This will require memtest on a bootable CD or USB stick.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

If you have no blue screen of death I don't think a dmp file will be created, I may be wrong on that though. Be certain your system id configure to gather them as from the link Arc posted.​

Yes I followed the instructions in that post, but still can't get a dump file.
I also just ran the furmark and seatools tests, the furmark peaked at 85C about 5min into the test, and I stopped it after 15minutes without any changes. Seatools also passed the tests on both my drives.
I'm about to run memtest, although I've already run memtest on this ram before when I was having driver issues with my old gpu so I doubt any errors will show :/

Did the Furmark test look OK? No jumpiness or odd spots in the animation? Have you had any BSODs?

I let memtest run overnight like the guide suggested, and it got through 9 passes without any errors when I got home from work.

Yes, Furmark test looked fine without artifacting or random spots.

I went ahead and ran the prime test on my cpu with to see if that was overheating and nothing there either :/

Yes I did.

I also just got another BSOD, and again no dump was produced.

Are you seeing something like this:

If not I don't think dumps are generated, as I said earlier. This is a BSOD.

Yes that's what usually comes up.

Can you upload a camera snap of the BSOD next time? The event log tells about unexpected shutdown, but not about a BSOD. So failing to get the code at least.

Ok I got another one today and took a picture on my phone, hope this helps. (and no, I still didn't get a dump file)

netr28x.sys is related to Ralink 802.11n Wireless Adapters Try reinstalling the driver for this adapter, there may be a newer one.

netr28x.sys can also be a Trojan, d/l Malwarebytes (See link below my sig) and install it, making sure to uncheck Install trial version. Update the definitions and run a full scan.

Ok I'm going to update the ralink driver tonight, still don't know why I can't get a dump file to show up though :/

I'm no expert, but if you have a Trojan or some malware, it may be blocking dumps so it avoids detection.

Got another one today, still no dump file. This one looks like a graphics driver issue...still would like an actual dump file though.

yes i updated wireless driver and ran malwarebytes scan but nothing came up :/
