BSOD's on HP a6750f

Getting them a lot. Very frequently. I have done a clean installations of Windows 7 professional, and before that i tried everything. Making sure all my drivers were up to date and diagnosing the hardwares one by one. Still no luck. I have attached the dump file. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

System Info:

Phenom X4 Quad Core 9650 2.3 Ghz
8 GB DDR2 800
ATI Radeon HD 3200( Also, I have 9800 GT but removed it assuming maybe it was my video card, I Still receive BSOD when i have this card in installed)
Seagate Baaracude 750 GB Hard Drive
480 Watt PSU

Can someone please help me try to break down what is causing this issue?? Is there any more information i could provide that could assist?

I looked at your four most recent dumps; all of them are error code 124. Please read this article on your bugcheck 124: [2-Int] Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

Post back with any questions you have.

These drivers are obsolete. Try updating them and see if this improves your system.

Ok, i've tried all the suggestions you gave me, and I was able to go the whole rest of the day without a BSOD. It seems the wireless adapter might have been the issue( or at least i thought) While using it the computer this morning i received another BSOD. :-< I will be posting shortly new dump files to see if anything has changed as i am currently writing from my laptop.

Ok, here are the new dump files as wellas the permon file. I have to say it's a lot more stable now. Should i just remove the wireless adapter permanently?? While following the instructions for 124 error it seems all signs lead to it.

Here is an outdated driver that I missed before.

xusb21.sys Wed Apr 08 10:28:44 2009 - XBox USB wireless controller. Software Download. See if Microsoft has an update for this driver; if not, it should be good to go as it is not a third party driver.

Let me know about the XBox driver. Next we will test hardware. I do not think you need to uninstall your wireless adapter since the driver is updated to a Win 7 compatible driver - unless, of course, the device itself is defective.

The latest error code is still 124.
