Welcome to SF!

How much RAM do you have?

Uninstall AVG and then run this removal tool: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/avg_arm_sup_____.dir/avgremover.exe

Then download and install Microsoft Security Essentials.

Update these old drivers:
Code:

Run a memory test also. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and run at least 5 passes.

Also run a system files check. Open an elevated command prompt and enter sfc /scannow.

Look up the name (the 4th column - the one's that end in .sys) at this link: Driver Reference

FYI - secdrv.SYS is the most current version available from Windows Update

If it's not there, follow the procedure here:
Please use the following instructions to locate the most currently available drivers to replace the one's that you uninstall OR remove:
How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html

No need to get rid of the dump files - they're small and take up nearly no space at all.
I'd wait until the problems have been solved for a week or two before deleting them.
