Been researching forum with the mounds of helpful info. However, we keep getting BSODs with various stop codes. Need help with figuring out root cause.

At one point it was so bad, the PC would not boot and we refreshed from factory image which helped for awhile. A couple months later getting more and more random BSODs. Ran windows repair, chkdsk, memtest with 7 passes...nothing found.

Attached is DT GRAB ALL file. Can someone with more brains review and provide feedback? TIA.

I've checked the latest dmp file. BugCheck 0x18's are quite rare.

I know you said you ran MemTest, but please start with a thorough test of RAM using MemTest86+. Run a minimum of 8 passes, or until errors occur:

Thanks for the responses. Memtest+ now running again...will take overnight to go through 8 passes. Will provide update on results Wed night.

Currently on 9th pass currently and 1 error has been identified so far. Will continue to run until tonight when arrive home from work. It will be about 28 hrs of run time.

May have something to work with this time around.....Will need to figure out the offending RAM stick, slot, etc..

Well...

4 RAM sticks....ran 4 memtest+ tests for at least 10 passes each time with each one individually in their own slot and NO ERRORS.

Any advice on why memory errors, but can not narrow down to which RAM stick/slot?

next steps?

RAM sticks not overclocked... same config as purchased..same brand 2 1 2 1 GB.

Oddly, no BSODs since tested sticks individually. There would be at least one an evening by someone using the machine. None so far over last couple days.

We'll wait and see before next steps....

Follow up...have not seen another BSOD for 2 weeks.

Perhaps one of the memory modules needed reseated and while I took out each and reseated each as part of the 4 runs of the memtest+, it did the trick (crossing fingers as I type this I have not just jinxed myself).

Your thoughts?
