BSODs when scanning with malwarebytes

Hey,

Whenever i scan with malwarebytes, i can't do the full scan, because i get an BSOD. I tried the fast scan and it worked, but i would really like to do a full scan. I have my other antivirus uninstalled for it, so that is not the case. Help would be appreciated!

I attached some files at it, there might be other reasons for it, help with that would be nice aswell.

Please upload your msinfo32.nfo file. To get this:

• Click on the Start rb:
• Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box
• When it opens, go to File, Save
• Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember
• Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info
• Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder
• Upload the .zip file here.

Are you running a active antivirus in addition to running malwarebytes?
because that alone would be enough to cause a file filter lock up resulting in a blue screen.

Happened to me once, I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Also, try running windows in safe mode and trying MBAM

Do u want me to try malwarebytes in safe mode? and MBAM is some other software?

As I said in my first post, i had uninstalled it for the occasion, so that would not be the problem.

Boot into safe mode and try running full scan there.

I did it in safe mode, and for some reason i gain multiple bsods? So it didnt work. That is what the dump files say anyway, as i have more than one of them. I did it overnight so i don't exactly know what happened, but i attached the files.

We need some more information other than the minidumps. Can you post it appropriately as stated in Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions ?

At the same time, what is the volume of RAM (physical memory) you are using? Answer it, and fill up your system specs.

If you are using search index, please disable it for the time being.

I have 8 gb of ram, amd athlon II x4 640 Processor (3,0GHz), Ati radeon hd 5770 graphics card, windows 7 home premium 64-bit. Tell me if u want to know more.

I also tried running MBAM with the search index disabled, but I still gain an BSOD.

This time, you are getting Bugcheck 3B.

Usual causes of the stop are System service, Device driver, graphics driver, memory.

I am seeing those drivers are very old.

I had no idea that i had those, but I don't know which of the choices I have to download, could u tell me where to find this? or which one to choose? because i have no idea what kind of device it is for.

If I may add a little something. I would make sure your anti virus is completely removed not just turned off. Then I would install MSE from Microsoft.
Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
After updating MSE run a complete scan.
The reason for this is three fold. One your computer has a active anti virus to protect your system. Two it will also check for infection. Three it will let ARC know if its your system or the anti virus or anti malware program causing your BSOD.
Just a note. I have used Malwarebytes Anti Malware free and Pro with MSE active with out any problems. Now I will shut up and watch and learn.

I have been really searching, but I can't find what drivers to install. Is there any other way to do it? Or some way to find out which ones I have to download?

And I already use MSE, I can scan with MSE without BSODs.

Yes I have reinstalled it, and tried scanning in safe mode again, but still gain a bsod.
