Hello.

I'm getting BSODs quite constantly, usually when I'm browsing with Google Chrome and sometimes when I play Civ 5. Error message seems to be a bit different each time. BlueScreenView shows that problem is usually related to "ntoskrnl.exe", sometimes to other files such as "dxgmms1.sys", especially when playing.

I've been trying to look some information about BSODs I've encountered, but so far it hasn't lead me anywhere, so any help would be appreciated.

Moi Tatu and welcome to 7forums! :)

Please update Logitech Setpoint:
SetPoint - Logitech Support

There was also a big number of BSODs pointing to graphics card issues, please update your graphics drivers:
AMD Driver Autodetect

Cheers, Boris :)

Alright, I still need some help.

I have tried different AMD drivers but they have not stopped BSODs. Today I removed graphics drivers and waited if anything would happen. According to BlueScreenView, I used to get mainly SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x3b, but today I already had KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 0x1e and NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM 0x24 BSODs.

If anyone could check at least the most recent dump files starting from 10.4.2016, it would be great. I still had AMD drivers at 7:26, but 7:36 onwards did not, therefore it seems like problem(s) is/are not graphics related.

Hello Tatu.

Checked the ones that happened today, one of the most recent ones were caused by IDSvia64.sys which is a driver for Norton, so if you don't have a paid version of Norton then I would recommend that you uninstall and install MSE in it's stead.

Cheers, Boris :)

Ok, I removed Norton. I also noticed that Gigabyte programs caused some problems. Things have been better now, but we'll see.
