i got a new motherboard and re installed win 7 4 bit
i have 8gb of ddr3 dual channel ram
i have the latest updates aswell but not jumping to win 10 yet

hi, this was caused by your video drivers, first thing to do is to try a friend's card on your PC and see if it works, if it works fine then you need a new card.

Because you replace your motherboard what type of Windows 7 did you install?
Did you do a clean install of Windows 7?

Where did you get your copy of Windows 7 and did you activate it?

Filling in your My System Specs completely would also be helpful.

Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
