Hello!

I'm having random BSODs with different error messages. They have appeared while:
  • playing games
  • browsing internet
  • computer being idle

About a month ago I thought I finally got it fixed by updating 2 drivers. A month passed without a BSOD, but now I've started getting them again - many times a day.

I have attached all the information collected by the Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgirff2.exe in BSOD-info.zip

Here is the old sevenforums.com thread.

Here is the old reddit-thread.

Please help me bring this beast of a problem down!

Newest one (driver verified) was Related to mcdbus.sys MagicISO SCSI Host Controller from MagicISO, Inc.. I would remove all virtual CD/DVD software at least to test.

Uninstalled MagicISO and restarted the computer. After a few hours I got a BSOD while playing a game. :/

Driver verifier was still on and found nothing. It maY have been the reason for the crash. I would disable it by typing verifier /reset.

So, got driver verifier disabled and MagicISO uninstalled. Still, while playing a game the computer froze, no BSOD this time; the screen flickered once and turned black, had to reboot. So guess it's not those two either. :(

EDIT: You think it could be GPU-related? Like a faulty unit or something. I don't think it's due to overheating or anything as I have stressed the system successfully.

Related to AmdPPM.sys Processor Device Driver from Microsoft.

If you havent run a system file check

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

It may need to be run up to three times before successful
Let us know the results from the report at the end.

UPDATED:

Ran it three times, no problems. :| Just to recap, I've already replaced my main HDD, re-installed Windows 7 and replaced my RAM (4 x 2Gb 1600Mhz -> 2 x 4Gb 1333Mhz). Also turned driver verifier back on and installed new AMD southbridge and usb filter -drivers, but that was already before the latest BSOD. :(

Here are the three latest dumps (last one was with driver verifier on): http://dl.dropbox.com/u/198284/BSOD/Dumps_6-7-12-2011.zip

I was able to reproduce the BSOD three times by launching an audio application that uses my audio-interface's ASIO-drivers. Then I uninstalled the drivers and removed the interface. Not too long, and I got a BSOD. Could my motherboard just be somehow faulty and affect the RAM somehow that memtest can't test for?

Here are the audio-interface related crash dumps: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/198284/m-audio/Dumps.zip
And here's the newest crash dump: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/198284/BSOD/120811-27315-01.zip
