Really depends on what you want to play. If you are playing COD MW2 or BO then you should need a mid level dual core with 2 gig ram and a GTS 250 level card. This will get you decent frames on a 22" display. Should hit your price mark close. Just depends on what you can reuse if you have anything. If you want to play Medal of Honor of BC2 you are looking at a quad core with 4GB ram and a mid to upper level video card. That's going to shoot above your price mark by about 150.
