two problems

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, found in your dmp,sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads

when you're done you can use this Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) in its place.

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress.

i use alcohol should i remove it ? and non of my system is overclocked yesterday when i turned on my pc i got blue screen and i rebooted it and then my screen frozed when the name of motherboard appears i again rebooted and pc did not started i removed one of mine rams from the second sloth and it booted but both did not booted nor a single 1 booted in the second sloth after few hours i inserted both the sticks and it booted but after 15 min display went i shutted down the machine and turned it on after 2 hrs and it booted but was damm slow so i formatted it and now it was working well and damm again bug check error is coming and everytime i shutdown and turn on my pc i get an error named WHEA-logger event id 20

124 is hardware. I would start by checking ram,

run memtest.
Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program.

Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

windows is not memtest. windows memory diagnostic does not stress the ram to see if it will fail.You need to use memtest.

dude memtest says cannot allocate 2065 mb and does not run the test m using 3 gb of ram one stick of 2gb and other of 1 gb both of differnt company's non of em works individually in the second sloth is it motherboard issue ?

Did you burn it to dvd and boot from it?


Using different memory is never a good idea as it usually results in instability. We even recommend buying all the memory you are going to use in one package for even different packs may not be compatible with each other.

no i didn't but mine sticks works perfectly in others comp but others sticks don't work in mine it gives the same issue i think its my northbridge issue as event viewer is giving northbridge error

Could be the cpu or mobo. If under warranty let them handle it.

can some one check my attachment its a minidump bug check

i donno when it came but as i checkd my event viewer i got an error of bugcheck i checked my windows minidump folder and found that minidump file can any one say me whats the error related to thank u in advance
