BugCheck when click Solitaire of Windows build-in game

I bought my Compaq Presario CQ62-108TX notebook two months ago, it always BugCheck when click and execute some programm like Solitaire - Windows build-in game.

The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0x892f1510, 0x8fe4b016, 0x00000000, 0x00000002).

The notebook still keep as factory default configuration, nothing has been installed.

dump as attached, can anyone help to check what happen?

This one is pretty straight forward. Your video driver caused this one. You need to remove all traces of the driver (there is an uninstall tool I believe) before downloading and installing a new copy.

Hi Zigzag3143,

Do you think if there is any hardware issue? as the notebook still in warranty period, I can request HP to fix it. Or it seems that HP has never test the software compatability.

I downloaded the ATI display driver from HP web site, After upgrade the driver, it fix the problem.
