Hello,

Do you have an external modem attached? If so, try removing it and see what happens.

Run driver verifier: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Update your Realtek ethernet drivers: Realtek

That makes sense; the dumps mentioned a problem with USB, and during one crash, moh.exe (a Windows modem process) was running.

Most likely, the modem is physically bad (but not certain). Try the modem on another machine, see if the problems gets transferred over.

If so, return the model and purchase a new one.

AVG was mentioned as a running process at the time of the crash; it may be that it crashed while using that faulty USB modem?

Install SP1: Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

If you get more BSODs after removing the modem, please attach a full jcgriff2 report: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

That crash pointed to your USB 3.0 drivers; did you have any devices attached at the time?

You may also try uninstalling the USB 3.0 drivers and rebooting; let Windows reinstall the drivers automatically.
