Probably for the same reason that my memory went from a 7.2 to a 5.5! WTF!

Just been looking at myself and my memory went from 5.9 to 6.9 and aero performance went from 7.9 to 5.9 but gaming performance stayed at 6.5.

Yeh, My Memory performance went from 5.9 to 7.4 and my Graphics went from 7.9 to 5.9.

Hopefully the WEI will knock some sense in future builds.
