building a decent pc under $300 ryzen 7 32gb rx590

so main computer for many years now is really trustworthy but we need more power.
8320 fx pc
gtx 660
8gb ram
gigabyte mb

then I found a used pc for sale that he said was overheating.
i7 6700
gigabyte mb
16gb ram
came with 1tb evo 960 ssd
1tb seagate hdd
rx 590

I took all components apart, cleaned it from dust and applied thermal paste and added new thermal tape to gpu. ran stress test programs for 15 minutes. I didnt see any issues.

so now im thinking to retire my old pc and get used parts and get a pc 3 together
ryzen 7 g2/g3 (used)..now sure. motherboard I have no idea.

and ram, there seems to be tons of 16gb x 2 sets on amazon for the $50-55 but I have no idea whats decent. last time I purchased ram was when I bought my 8320 chip.

I cant decide on the 3 that will fit together.

Ill use the rx590 for now for it. maybe get a rx 6600 or 6700 a bit later. this will be for gaming and image/video editing.

can I posts amazon links for ram and mb and someone tell me which theyd suggest?

sorry my bad. im going to install windows 7.

it doesnt sound great with windows 10 having so much of my data, but now with google having a back door, is definitely not enticing.

I wish linux would support newer programs and Id just move to that.
