Hi, I have recently built my own pc and i have been reciveing alot of blue screens. I so far recieved a number of different codes i have had : 0x7E, 0x19 , 0x24 . 0x119 , 0x3B , , 0xD1 , 0x0A , 0x116 and 0x135. as far as i know all my drivers are up too date and the blue screens normally occour if i am playing a game such as Brink or left 4 dead 2. I am also noticeing a random system stutter where my audio will like stutter for like a second and my computer will stutter which is really anoying. my specs are:

MotherBoard: M5A78L/USB3
HDD:Hitachi 1TB 7200rpm

At least 10 of these were caused by your Mcaffee.

I do notice McAffee which is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST!

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

McAffee is known to cause them. Fingers crossed. IF you want to tell us about your freezing we can help you with it as well.

Good luck

hello again i have just recieved another blue screen just now while i was browsing the internet it was a 0x3B all iwas doing was downloading something and watching a video on youtube and it occured i would appreciate it if you could help me.
The Freezing thing only occurs at certain times where it will happen a few times in a row and then it will stop for a while and then it will come back.I only seem to notice it when there is some kind of sound say if im watching a video or listening to music on youtube etc. I think it also freezes but i only notice the freeze if i am playing a game as eveything will freeze which would be hard to notice is im browseing the internet and listerning to something in the back ground. The freeze only happens for a split second but also the sound will like stutter/jump really fast when it does. The sound stuttering sound similar when a blue screen occurs if there is some sort of sound. Sorry if my description isnt very good i could try and explain a little better if you dont understand and i can try and get some footage of this anoying glitch, i would be very thankful if you can help me.

Ok since you removed McAffee on the 4th your DMP show DirectX 3 times. I would start by re-installing both your video driver and try to re-install directX

Non of these are driver verified.

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using

Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Download: DirectX End-User Runtime - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

sorry for such a slow repsonse i feel like an idiot as i didnt realise there was a second page, this is my first thread here so im still new to every thing. Anyway i have uninstalled my video driver and run driver sweeper but when i reboot after sweeping, windows automatically installs the driver i have set it so it shoudnt automatically download the driver but it still does it and i cant stop it so it puts the amd files back on any idea how to prevent this or doesnt it matter?

Right i reintalled my video driver and direct X but as i did it i encontered some probablems but i got around them first of all i would use driver sweeper then rebbot but there where two files which it would not wipe but i carryed on anyway as i counldn't do anything about them then i would uninstalled the video driver i insalled the AMD catalyst driver controll centre etc but the installation would fail and the auto detect would not pick up my graphics card. The i let windows find the graphics card and would install the driver but it would have a warning sign next to it on device manger then when i intalled catalyst it worked.Anyway i did what you said but i am still recieving BSOD so far i have notice 0xA , 0x1E, 0x7E and a 0x3B ill give you the DMP's. Did i do somthing wrong? I hope you can help and im very thankful.
