Burn an ISO game on a USB drive

Hi.
I have a PC game which is too large to burn to a DVD and want to "burn" it to a USB device.
I know it cannot be burned so to speak...Just a point of reference or figure of speech.
I have read the 2010 request and I am looking for a more recent method please.

Give Magic ISO/Disc a try...

You would keep the ISO on your computer and just point the "Virtual Drive" to the ISO and it will run it as if a CD/DVD player was inserted.

Do you not have the CD/DVD for this game?
If the above solution doesn't help then maybe it would be worth contacting the game makers/support and see what they recommend.
