Solved BurnIn Windows 7 test FAIL!

please help with issue.
There are no drives in F and H as they are for floppy and Compact disks.
my system info is given.
OS Name Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate

Probably it did not find any file in those drives, and so it thought that it fails to get the files due to some errors.

I think you may not give much attention to those results, as you know the reality that those disks are empty.

I recommend one things to start with.

1. Update Windows 7 to 7601 = SP-1 including other needed updates.

I have never use that program but I do have a question.
**Were their disc in the optical drives with data on them when the test was done.**

There were no disc in optical drives when the test was done.

Well the software might have :felt that they were hardrives that were removed and they expected it back(I think so).:sarc:

Your hard drive has to converted back to Basic. That is your 1st major problem to fix.

The issue was with PC which was resolved after 2 small updates and keeping those drives away from the test.
