Burnout paradise ultimate game crashing in few seconds

hi everyone, i have just downloaded burnout paradise ultimate & just uncompressed it. it's not installing but i can access its config & game launcher from my desktop.i can configure the game but when i launch the game it starts & loads but when the screen says press any key to continue it just crashes ( i don't even press any key yet).
