Buzzing/Vibration coming from the front of my pc?

This computer is nearing a month old and the front of computer starts making a buzzing noise but I'm guessing its vibration because as soon as I put my hand on the front panel it stops and after I take my hand off it goes back to buzzing? Some times it'll do this and other times it won't

Any clue whats causing it or how to fix it?

I presume that you have a desktop.
I suspect that's coming from the fan where maybe the attaching screws are loosing.

Front panel may be lose. If it's under warranty, your computer manufacturer will fix it for you. Or pull the side cover off and see if you can figure out where the noise is comming from.
