Is there any way I can get my computer to set a notification for a certain Time/Date?
I thought Windows had something like this but I've never had to use it before, if this doesn't exist does anybody know any simple programs that do this?

Try Stoic Joker's T-Clock 2010
It has been a while since I "installed it" but as I recall, there is nothing to install.
Unzip the files
put them in a folder
Start the 64bit version on a 64bit OS:
"C:\Program Files\T-Clock 2010\x64\Clock.exe"

Start the 32bit version on a 32bit OS:
"C:\Program Files\T-Clock 2010\Win32\Clock.exe"

Keep one EXE file, one DLL file and one help file.
You can keep or delete the parts that you don't want.

Caveat: I've never used the alarm feature - that is what my cell phone is for :-)
