Um We are going to need some more information.
Please fill out your system specs in your UserCP so we know your hard ware.
did you load the game from a CD/DVD or from Steam?
Have you installed all the updated drivers for your system?

I have been running CoD:WaW on W7 Pro x64 with no problems for over a month since I got the RTM...like DarkXeno states we need some more info especially game updates, video card/drivers, sound card/drivers...does the problem happen both SP & MP ?

Ok I can no longer help you since you have used a patch/crack for the game.
I will not help anyone that pirates and/or modifies their software to removes any security software from the original developers.

my game is NOT pirated and it crashes on windows 7 rtm 64bits.
I treid everything, had to go back to RC1 and it don't crash.

Does it crash with a message or just crash?

Start by updating all your drivers - use the guide in my sig. Then download the latest DirectX redist. Finally, run the game as admin in compatibility mode with Vista SP1.
