Farcry 3 crash when starting new game, Exception Code:C0000005

Well Hello everyone!
I am having a problem with Farcry 3 everytime I launch it it works well but when I start new game it crashes giving me this. Everytime it crashes it gives me another fault module name as it used to be in begin msvcr100.dll then another dll then then this I don't know what to do exactly tried everything thing
I have all versions of c++ and direct x 11 and 9.0c I updated my video drivers I don't know what to do
I just downloaded it like 3 weeks later it had alot of problems I fixed them all and updated it (I don't remember to which version)I never played the game it just crashes on new game loading and never worked
I didn't even try it's gameplay
Please anyone help me

Btw I'm 32 Bit
And please don't tell me C0000005 is ram error x3 as I had it in other game it had same exception code I thought it's ram so I was going to fix em but when I checked the internet to make sure I found out I had to download something when I downloaded it it made the game load xP
