I am getting an Unexpected error but if its the same one I saw yesterday on another site, it does not really show any gameplay what so ever... now all the UBI fanbois will be whining and crying that they have copied it from Ghost Recon Franchised

I am jonesing for a good tactical game for so long that I really don't care who comes up with it... I am not going to be holding my breath but I will look forward to seeing some actual game play before I hammer it down

You want tactical Arma 3 | Official Website It's still in alpha at the min but you can buy the Alpha now for £20 and get access to the beta and full game once released. The price will double once beta is released.
Have a look at this vid. It's already a really good game if you can get on a decent server but as there are no anticheat measure's yet the hackers can cause some serious grief.

Tried one of the ARMA games and, well, I would not call those games Tactical but More TOO REAL ... there were WAY to many buttons to deal with (at least for me) and seeing as I only do Campaigns because I am to slow for anything else, I couldn't hack it.

Yeah, CoD games have never been tactical but, to me they are pretty well balanced everywhere, weapons work extremely well, ergos are superb and movements feel real... I am not even going to touch the Third Person View and the miracle camera that allows you to see everything :

I thought that Infinity Ward was the one who usually made the Modern Warfare games and the other guys Treyarch (?) made the horrible Black Ops games? did I get that wrong? Both are called CoD but there is a difference... at least for me there is.

Same trailer, I hope they show us some real game play soon... Solo Campaign gameplay more to the point LOL

The plan wasn't to highjack the thread but to suggest a tactical game as a previous post said they have been waiting for one for a long time.

Just another cod game, haven't bought one since COD WAW that was the last one I bought. Pretty sure this isn't too different then the more recent cods. Sequels get boring after a while, imo they just start some new series and end cod or just stop with the fps war games.Though of course ppl pay so much money that they don't care and will keep making them until ppl stop buying them or they go bankrupt.

Call of Bore Me titles fail to generate any real interest anymore. If they actually changed the gameplay, I could get interested again.

As for Arma 3, I'm used to buying the 'beta' versions (has arma ever had a 'final'? A2 is on a indefinite beta patch ) - but it's worth it to get the discount when it's 'final'.

Sucks that it's come to buying alphas though.

Yeah they still keep patching Arma 2 lol, Never ending enit but it's mostly to support the mods i think. As for buying alpha's i kind of like the idea as it helps in the development of the game and helps to sort out "some" bugs. Although its caused me plenty of headache's keeping the hacker's off our server though so roll on the day they impliment Battleye.

I can't comment on Multiplay and I am not a fanboi of any Franchised so I really don't get the CoD sucks bit w/o a reason but hey, we all have butts and you know what they say about opinions.

I like CoD games, always have and always will, even the WWII, which were even more run and gun than the MW ones. Do I wish they would allow me more freedom of movement or decision making? sure, but, at the very least, their weapons feel real and that is a lot when you compare it with other games and franchise that their weapons are so cheesy it makes you feel like you are on a Lego game playing a wetwork operator

The Graphics in Black Ops II are really great. I like most of the COD series WAW had the best single player Mode with Resnov and company.
