So the title pretty much says it all. The keyboard works fine, its brand new and the only time I have any problems is while attempting to play a flash based game on the internet.
I have already tried clicking the game box, this is not the problem.
I am using Google chrome and have windows 7 ultimate edition.
I think a recent update I received is causing the problem since it was working fine before and just started doing this.

If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you so very much :D

I might only offer some help, but you could try this:

uninstall both flash player (should be in control panel>uninstall program) and any keyboard drivers you have at the moment. Then try going to adobe's website and your keyboard manufaturer's website and download and install the newest flash for chrome 32 bit (make sure you get it right) and your 32 bit keyboard driver.

what recent update is a possible candidate for this problem, is it a recent windows update or adobe update? Have you installed adobe in internet explorer, and if so, have you tried using that browser for those games (at least to test and see if the problem continues).

You are positive you have installed the correct flash for chrome? Can you go to a different site and test if those flash games work (ie. facebook or addictinggames.com)?

I doubt this will do you any good, but it is always a good idea to make sure your computer has the most recent updates installed on it (important and critical at least). Also, see about any compatability updates. Like I said, this most likely won't solve your problem in the least bit, but it can only help.

You could also try reinstalling chrome, but that would likely erase your favorites folder and any saved info you have stored there. So you have already completely uninstalled adobe flash and your keyboard driver (if you have one downloaded already), and then installed the most recent of both? I'll say this is most curious. You don't happen to have a beta installed do you?

Chrome's in built Flash has never caused me anything but problems.

One thing you could try, (which worked for me) is to disable Chromes flash, and use the one from Adobe. here's a howto:

  1. Type “about:plugins” (without the quotation marks) into the address bar at the top of a Chrome browser window.
  2. Click “Details” at the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Find the “Flash” (or “Shockwave Flash”) listing on the Plug-ins page and click the corresponding “Disable” button.
  4. Close all Chrome windows and restart the browser.
Then install Flash from Adobe, restart Chrome again, and see if that fixes it.

Vihxen, you never did tell me which flash you were using. I suppose I never knew chrome used its own flash either. thanks severed, +1.

I suppose different add-ons could potentially cause this problem as well, but Let us know if Severed's method worked for you. If not, I'll take you in another direction and deal more with chrome add-ons.
