Can barely use the laptop for 5 minutes even in safemode without BSOD

It seams to me that 11 million errors might be a false reading.I type slower than the both of you.

I'm using a USB stick to do it.
It's currently less than 10 minutes in with over 650k errors. I'm guessing that I'm going to have to send it in to the company that built it, AVA Direct, and have them fix it because I have no experience with fixing hardware issues on computers.

Replacing memory is very easy even for a neophyte.

Sending a computer back is always a risky business since they can the access any and all info on your harddrive.

Where in the US do you live and we might be able to make some suggestions to you which you might prefer, besides the normal of googling ram replacement. There are many videos on the topic. The manufacturer of your motherboard produces a manual which will be helpful.

Take all memory out apart from one stick, Turn on and TEST, Do the same for all memory sticks until you find the culprit!!

As Anthony suggested, open the laptop, take out all but one RAM card, run memtest86+ on the remaining card.
Since most laptops usually have only two RAM cards, then swap the RAM cards and test the other one.

You might get a clean test by just removing and re-seating the two RAM cards.
If one card passes and the other fails or both pass, for a last test install both cards and test again.

If you do have a RAM card that is giving errors you will have to replace it as OEM laptops normally don't have options in BIOS to make adjustments.
It is best to get a two RAM card set to ensure compatibility.
